I m noticing the gutters are dripping along their length. When these become loose they can cause small leaks to develop around the fastener with the result of water pouring out of the rear of the gutter and directly. The channel is fixed between two 2 x6 timbers to support it along the legnth and kingspan is puseh in between these timbers underneath the channel with a small 1. Have you observed the gutter in action in a rain storm.

I know not the best of situations but it would help understand the problem. Looks like a run of bubbles along the inside rim of the gutter. It s also possible that condensation could play a small role. Condensation on cold walls and floor in summer.
