Condensation dripping from gutter.
I first realized it when i saw that the stone step in front of my porch was wet long after it rained and even when it didn t rain in many cases.
There should be a constant drip when the air conditioner is running.
When the rain ceases and the water is dripping from the gutters through the drain i can hear the dripping from inside the house.
A few hours later customer calls saying that the box is soaked and dripping like crazy.
Whenever it rains some water drips from underneath the gutter and also near the fascia board along the front of my house.
The ac installers are doing their work today and just informed me that they installed the condensate line through the gutter.

I have gutter guards and have recently had them professionally cleaned along with the gutters because prior to water would overrun the gutter guards no matter the level of rain.
